Description:

Currently we have a an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. We are seeking interest from like-minded professionals who believe they can add value to our organisation by being truly passionate about owning the on-going service relationship with the assigned key managed services customer accounts. Join our successful Service Integration & Management team, as part of the Service Delivery function to provide expertise in the management of service level agreements and on-going service management, including reporting, across our varied customer base in both government and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities:

Proven experience in a Service Management role within a Managed Services Provider Experience with large, complex and high profile Managed Services accounts Experience in the development and continual service improvement of processes and procedures in line with ITIL Solid experience with problem, incident and change management in an ITIL environment Experience working with Service Now highly regarded Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy at all levels (technical and non-technical) in both verbal and written communications (proven document and report writing skills) Experience leading, managing and communicating change Understanding of both IT industry and business operations to manage the integration of business strategy with current technology Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills Extensive experience in establishing and maintaining customer relationships with confidence ITIL V3 qualified
