We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Linen Porter to join our team in the hospitality sector. EXPERIENCE

• Previous hotel experience is highly desirable, particularly in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• A background in janitorial services or cleaning is advantageous, showcasing your ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Assist guests with their luggage and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Monitor the condition of furniture and fixtures, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Support the housekeeping team by delivering supplies and assisting with room preparation as needed.
• Uphold a friendly and professional demeanour while interacting with guests and staff alike.
