Description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Divisional Sales Administration Manager, to lead the administration team in Kent & Essex, focusing on best practice and consistent processes. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, based at one of our Essex dealerships, Monday – Friday 37.5 hours a week, paying up to £40,000 and reports to the Divisional Director.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?

To be considered for the position you will have strong Sales Administration experience from within the automotive industry, previous experience leading and supporting a team would be highly advantageous, we also look for the following skills:

  • An ability to work at pace
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Persistence and determination
  • The ability to multitask and focus on multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities
  • Leading and supporting the team of administrators across the Essex CMA’s.
  • Ensuring Kerridge reports are maintained on a regular basis
  • Making sure all compliant paperwork is being received and stored currently within the digital storage system ready for audit.
  • Effectively managing resource to business levels considering key and peak periods
    The ideal candidate will also need to be flexible and available to work additional hours as and when required to accommodate the business during busy periods throughout the year.
