Description du poste En tant que Technicien, Comptes Payables, vous relèverez directement du Superviseur, Comptes Payables chez Honeycomb et ferez partie du département des finances à notre siège social à Laval, Canada. Vos principales responsabilités consisteront à examiner et comptabiliser les transactions des comptes payables et à assurer des paiements ponctuels aux fournisseurs de Honeycomb. Ce dont vous êtes responsable : Examiner et comptabiliser avec précision et en temps opportun les factures des fournisseurs dans les divers systèmes comptables de Honeycomb. Valider les montants des factures par rapport aux bons de commande et aux réceptions de biens/services, ou s'assurer que les approbations autorisées ont été obtenues. Identifier et résoudre rapidement toute divergence ou erreur de facturation. Effectuer la réconciliation des relevés des fournisseurs. Assurer un suivi direct avec les fournisseurs ou les départements de Honeycomb, si nécessaire, pour résoudre les écarts ou traiter les transactions en attente. Préparer et traiter les virements électroniques et les paiements. Fournir un service de qualité aux clients internes et externes. Soutenir l’équipe des finances dans diverses tâches comptables au besoin. Qualifications Pour se joindre à notre équipe : Vous avez minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. Vous avez une connaissance des principes comptables de base. Vous avez des études postsecondaires dans un domaine lié à la comptabilité ou aux affaires. Vous maîtrisez les logiciels comptables et la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Vous avez une expérience avec les systèmes D365, Maximo et Odoo (un atout). Vous êtes capable de faire preuve de proactivité et de vous adapter rapidement aux défis. Vous avez l’aptitude à gérer un grand volume de transactions.
