REQUIREMENTS

2+ year experience in a Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company would be a plus
Experience of achieving results on international markets
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Clients (retail and institutional)
Leadership Skills and holistic Business Development vision
Proven track record of proactive Sales and Business Development competency
High level of integrity and dependability
Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment
Proficiency in English language (Indonesian will be an advantage)
Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensus

Responsibilities

Building and managing a portfolio of company partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones
Handling partners relationships and coordinate issue resolution
Ensuring compliance and adherence to business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
Formulation market development strategies, including collaborative initiatives with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, and event teams
Participate in related industry and partner events in the form of expos, conventions, training, and seminar sessions (a low to moderate level of short-term travelling may be involved)
Retaining existing partners and helping them achieve new levels
Reaching KPI targets set by the manager. Desire to exceed targets
