JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our standards of quality and presentation. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is necessary.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques in meal preparation.
