OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service within the restaurant. A successful Assistant Manager will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest relations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with food service operations is an advantage.
  • A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others is essential.
