2IC Power tools - Ferrymead

Our busy power tools department is needing a 2IC to help lead the team and grow sales, this department includes power tools, power tools accessories, hand tools, automotive and more if you have general knowledge in this area and are looking for a new challenge and think you have what it takes please apply.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday role 40 hours a week. Hours will be between 7am - 7pm

THE IDEAL PERSON WILL:

Have knowledge or an interest in power tools, power tools accessories, hand tools, automotive.
Great customer service & sales skills - understands great customer service
Be a team player
Reliable and shows resilience
Be able to problem solve and think on their feet
Be able to help lead & motivate a small team - able to step up when needed
Attention to detail
Always looking for a challenge
Good communication skills both written & verbal
Show flexibility and be adaptable
Previous retail / sales experience or hands on product use would be an advantage as would having leadership skills
