QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field - Required
- 4+ years of experience in Operations and Management - Required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, including roles of increasing responsibility and leadership
- 4+ years of Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare sector, including awareness of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory mandates.
- Effective leadership and people management abilities are crucial. Candidates should possess a background in guiding and inspiring cross-functional teams, enhancing performance, and cultivating a cooperative and diverse work atmosphere - Required
- Flexible Hybrid Model: 3x/week onsite in-office, and quarterly visits on-site; Travel Maximum of up to 50% of the time - Required
- CentralReach ABA Software experience - A plus!
- Physical Requirement: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force, and lifting as needed, including but not limited to climbing up flights of stairs, and other tasks as needed.
- Technical Proficiencies: Process development, SOP development, data analysis, Microsoft Office 365, BIPS, ABA principles, data collection software - Required

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The ABA Operations Manager will directly report to the Clinical Director, playing a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization by managing the operational aspects of our ABA services. Working closely with our clinical team, they work on implementing strategies to provide exceptional care at all times. This position calls for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to oversee and enhance our current functions, aid in employee growth, and contribute to our company’s culture and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for organizing and supervising the work and schedules of departmental managers and office staff.
- Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Manages employee discipline and terminations following company policy, with support from the ABA Director.
- Offers guidance to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Supervises day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient ABA service delivery, regulatory compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Leads the ABA Operations Department staff, fostering effective communication, performance, and professional growth.
- Monitors operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to boost productivity and profitability.
- Works with the administrative team and Clinical Director to create and execute organizational programs, processes, goals, objectives, and initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
