Responsibilities:
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and staff across Canada
- Create a robust sales pipeline of opportunities
- Develop marketing collateral and digital marketing initiatives to support our go-to-market strategy
- Deliver virtual and in-person product sales presentations and provide client support to key accounts and pursuits
- Execute appropriate follow-up process with key targets to further define needs and business opportunities – includes follow up to marketing campaigns, cold calls, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for all product sites
- Co-ordinate and present EYEP/Knotia product line at trade shows, events, and conferences
- Provide client support and troubleshooting
TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE
- Undergraduate University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience ideally in the area of marketing and communications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales, communications, marketing, or customer service role
- Previous experience with research, analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks, receive work from various sources and with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role
