As our next Account Executive you’ll be the flagship for our landlords. You’ll play an integral part in Home’s supply growth by delivering best-in-class service to landlords interested in renting their apartment to us. With your passion in real estate, and understanding for the needs of property owners, you will be the best contact point in navigating landlords from initial interest to becoming customers. Maintaining a great relationship and thinking of how to expand the collaboration comes second nature to you.

Tasks

  • Accelerating the acquisition of apartment inventory by converting pre-qualified leads into customers with high NPS scores.
  • Managing your lead pipeline from initial interest to closing while achieving your monthly and quarterly sales rates.
  • Understanding the needs of potential customer, consulting landlords about our offering and arousing interest which leads eventually to conversion.
  • Helping to design and implement efficient, flexible and repeatable sales processes.
  • Being ears and eyes on the market - your input is crucial to align our product strategy to the market audience.

Requirements

  • You love to communicate and building rapport comes natural to you.
  • You have a relentlessly positive, dedicated attitude and strong inner motivation for creating mutually beneficial relations.
  • You possess strong organisational & planning skills and you are extremely analytical in your sales approach.
  • Winner mentality. Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, award winner).
  • Min. of 3 years of experience in similar sales roles, preferably with high-involvement products or services. Closing Sales experience is a must.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and negotiation skills, your spelling and grammar should be exquisite in German, as well as comfortable spoken and written in English.
