SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Recent sales experience working within media industry
• Track record of prospecting and closing new business
• Experience and success within responding to media advertising briefs
• Ability to manage workload of a team and across the sales floor to ensure delivery of high level agency and client service
• Demonstrate focus & clear decision making ability under pressure and also have the ability to adapt quickly
• Encourage development of others & share best practice across the floor
• Establish strong personal profile internally and externally at appropriate level
• Constantly looking for and identifying personal development needs and seeking regular feedback
