Job Title: Account Manager

Schedule: Varies, depending on the needs of the customer, typically Mon-Fri - Day Shift

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Account Manager is responsible for exemplary customer service in the selling, delivery, merchandising of products and draught support to customers. All duties performed are expected to be within the objectives, standards, mission, and policies of Doll Distributing LLC, State of Iowa laws and regulations governing the beer industry, and brewery/supplier requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Responsible for growing account relationships and sales
· Maintain proper inventory levels and product rotation
· Stock coolers and shelves at customer location and rotate backroom stock
· Responsible for new product placements, displays and shelf space management
· Hang/install signage in interior and on exterior of accounts as requested
· Build product displays at the customer location
· Proactively monitor all competitive activity for assigned categories
· Deliver draft truck rentals and maintain inventory for special events
· Complete all company required surveys and reporting in a timely manner
· Communicate account activities to Team Leader
· Take orders from accounts in various locations
· Manage close/out dated products and breakage
· Operate handheld devices to generate orders.
· Verify delivery of items and customer satisfaction level
· Demonstrate a commitment to learning and understanding product portfolios
· Adhere to all safety expectations and immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions
· Other duties as assigned

NON ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Assist in unloading products from trailers, by hand or using hand carts and place in designated customer areas.
· Fill in for weekend merchandisers as needed
· Set-up and assist with samplings at customer locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
