ICF is seeking Residential Midstream HVAC Account Manager to support our mid-stream electrification initiatives for a consortium of five New England markets: Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, and Rhode Island. The chosen individual will spearhead the strategy, development, and management of residential midstream program offerings in these states. The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer service oriented, and adept with Microsoft Office products. Strong communication skills are essential.
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the program team to manage the mid-stream rebate programs’ relationships with the HVAC trade ally and contractor community. Your focus will be on trade ally/service provider management and other technical services for a midstream rebate program.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):

  • Bachelor’s Degree (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)

  • 2+ years of industry outside sales and/or business development experience.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Outreach to new and existing service providers

  • Training service providers on participation requirements

  • Tracking and reporting outreach outcomes
  • Conducting market research
  • Facilitating communication and coordination across a Trade Ally/Service Provider network in each of the five New England states

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with major local, regional and national distributors, suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers to support their participation in the programs.

  • Track and report on outreach efforts and results including savings delivered by each participant, strategies used to drive/improve performance along with results, and other metrics associated with achieving participation goals for the programs

  • Cultivate and develop new relationships and partnerships with contractors and professional organizations to ensure program awareness and adoption.
  • Maintain strong ongoing communications with participants and other interested stakeholders to assess their needs and to receive feedback on their experience with the program.
  • Preparing and presenting program requirements and training presentations as well as promoting program awareness and participation at trade shows, trade organization and stakeholder events, supply house counter days, ride-along with sales teams, etc.
  • Assist program manager with the development and implementation of promotional strategies.
  • Prepare ongoing status reports to document performance and activities demonstrating progress towards program goals, participation, and pipeline management.
  • Review and analyze QA/QC data for projects reported to client.
  • Analyzing market trends and technologies to deploy for midstream programs.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for local travel. Requirements are between 50% to 70% of the time. (reimbursement for mileage provided)
