Job Description ACC is seeking an Account Supervisor to support brand marketing for a diverse client portfolio across media, entertainment, technology, retail, and CPG. This role is for someone who can bridge strategy and execution through translating cultural insight into smart, actionable marketing. The ideal candidate brings agency experience, strong strategic instincts, a pulse on emerging consumer trends, and a sharp understanding of the marketing, media, and entertainment landscape. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and high client satisfaction. Drive integrated campaign execution by leading cross-functional teams across Marketing, Brand Integration, Strategy, Communications, and Influencer. Translate business objectives into actionable strategies, ensuring all work aligns to client goals, KPIs, and broader brand objectives. Own campaign operations end-to-end, including timelines, workflows, budgets, and reporting, with a strong attention to detail and accountability. Oversee and elevate project delivery, ensuring all work is strategically sound, on brief, and executed to a high standard. Identify branded product placement opportunities across film, television, streaming, and digital content, ensuring alignment with client objectives and cultural relevance. Drive the development of branded content concepts across platforms, partnering cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure integrations are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with broader business objectives. Guide research and insights, translating cultural trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscapes into actionable recommendations. Contribute to and shape strategic thinking, bringing a clear POV and identifying opportunities to strengthen campaigns and grow client business. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to elevate team performance and development. Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business efforts as needed. Bring a strong point of view, identifying relevant cultural trends, audience behaviors, and competitive shifts that matter to ACC clients and culture at large. Requirements Qualifications: 6–8 years of experience in brand marketing within an advertising, marketing, or integrated communications agency. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred. Proven experience leading campaigns, product launches, and GTM strategies for high-profile or culture-driving brands. Strong understanding of modern marketing disciplines, including digital, social, content, experiential, and earned media. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and confidently present to senior stakeholders. Excellent strategic thinking, research, and analytical skills, with the ability to form and articulate a clear, insight-driven POV. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing and delivering polished presentations. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Confident, resourceful, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Fluency in the responsible use of AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and multi-modal AI platforms.
