SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and taxation legislation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
• Fluency in Khmer (written and spoken) required to prepare financial documentation and internal reports supporting Cambodian operations.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking a full-time Accountant to join our Perth-based team. This position covers a broad range of financial management and compliance duties, including:

• Preparing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensuring compliance with ATO requirements including GST, BAS, and superannuation.
• Supporting end-of-financial-year reporting, audits, and reconciliations.
• Providing financial analysis and advice to management.
• Assisting with internal financial reporting and documentation related to expansion into Cambodia, where Khmer fluency is essential.
