Accounting Manager

We have been tasked with finding the next Accounting Manager for a family-owned organization in the SW Metro. This role will focus on the financial aspects of the business, including overseeing the accounting staff, managing product costing and pricing, and ensuring operational efficiencies. This is a key position in our organization that plays a critical role in financial decision-making and maintaining our company’s financial health.

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
• A strong background and proven track record in corporate accounting is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Proven experience in creating and presenting financial reports
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credentials preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• High level of professionalism and ethics.
