Responsibilities: · Manage the processing of full cycle accounts payable, credit card transactions and expense reports in a timely manner – from data entry point, payment processing and month-end closing · Drive forward the cash management process and treasury optimization · Oversee that all transactions are properly approved and coded to the general ledger – including fixed assets and prepaid items · Review and perform month-end reconciliations for assigned accounts · Maintain vendor relationships and vendor records/database · Prepare annual Form 1099s · Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications · Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or Supervisor · Hands-on experience with accounting software · Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel · Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports · Ability to accurately process numerical data · SAGE or similar ERP Experience · BS degree in Accounting or Finance · CPA certification is a plus · Minimum 5 years of accounts payable managerial experience required in a fast paced environment with multiple entities and locations · Team management and negotiation skills · Problem-solving attitude · Detail oriented and ability to manage large volume of data with speed and accuracy Who you are: Doer.
