Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounts payable, procurement, or customer service.
  • Experience in Shared Service Centers is desirable.
  • Intermediate in English: B1+ English Level.
  • Intermediate in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Experience with ERPs such as Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards, or Mainframe is desireable.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic to moderately complex accounting tasks associated with the preparation and maintenance of Accounts Payable and other financial matters.
  • Provide “back office” service to internal clients and analysts by processing documents, creating document tracking requests, directing cases to the appropriate department, retrieving documentation, and providing the leadership team with information on important issues.
  • Support quality control efforts by reviewing documentation, ensuring adherence to standards, and promptly reporting any quality issues or concerns to management.
  • Complete assigned work and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, and internal customers to identify priorities and recommend ways to address opportunities for improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans and applying them during process execution.
  • Maintain involvement and communication via email with internal clients.
  • Provide support and fulfill any other requests required by the company’s needs.
