National Partners provides commercial premium finance loans to businesses nationwide and is one of the fastest-growing premium finance companies in the US. Job Summary Responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base and other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems, and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. Analyze and manage risk/fraud issues by identifying, measuring, and reporting to management when potential risk/fraud flags are discovered.   Primary Responsibilities (Job Duties) You Will: * Downloading, preparing, analyzing, distributing, and/or filing various daily/monthly reports. * Applies unearned premium, unearned commission, and endorsement credits from underwriters and carriers. * Communicate with underwriters and carriers if a return premium remains past due beyond the agreed-upon timeframe. * Conduct "due from insured" research to identify outstanding balances and support collection efforts. * Perform write-offs as needed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company procedures. * Send written-off accounts to the collections company, including all required documentation and supporting information for processing. * Answer inbound calls from insurance agents, insurance companies, and insureds. * Update insureds’ banking information securely and accurately upon request, following compliance protocols. * Follow up with insureds to collect late charges and ensure timely payments are applied correctly. * Assist insureds with login issues, including password resets and troubleshooting account access. * Maintain and update customer accounts by processing payments, reissuing notices, managing correspondence, providing payoff balance information, assisting with phone and online payments, and making outbound courtesy calls or reminder emails as needed. * Regularly compiles and analyzes data pertaining to anticipated losses and informs management. * Recognizes negative trends and potential risks and escalates as required. * Assist in other daily operations or projects as needed.
