Responsibilities:
STEP INTO A ROLE WHERE YOU WILL BE INTEGRAL TO THE EVERY-DAY OPERATIONS OF THE EQUANS MECHANICAL & MULTI-TECHNICAL TEAM IN SYDNEY’S CBD.
Equans, a leading provider of technical services across Australia & New Zealand, and globally, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Assistant to join our Mechanical & Multi-technical teams across two client sites in Sydney’s CBD.
In this role you will be working alongside a brilliant team, with another supportive administrator to share the load across our two busy client sites. Four days each week will be spent at our on-site office at a major Sydney CBD hospital, and one day per week you will work with the team on site at one of Sydney harbour’s world-famous landmarks.
While it is preferable that you have exposure to multi-service, facilities management and/or maintenance business, it is not required. Training will be provided where required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Each day you will be liaising with suppliers, contractors, customers, and technicians.
- As you deal with our suppliers, contractors, customers, and technicians you will be providing exceptional customer service.
- This role is highly process driven and some of the daily duties include:
- Invoicing (start to finish)
- Processing purchase orders
- Ordering or parts required for technician jobs.
- Allocating work and scheduling technicians.
- Work within customer portals to manage workflow.
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Manager.
- Maintaining customer service documentation.
- Follow up on any outstanding work and invoices.
- Assist Equans management with asset management and reporting.
