This medium sized Professional Services company prides itself on its high quality and personalised service to its clients and are seeking a new team member who aligns with their brand. The role on offer is extremely varied and requires a high level of administrative support to the companies Senior Executives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated prior administration experience
  • Proven experience using data management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation

Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact for all members enquiries
  • Update and maintain company date base, ensuring all members details are kept up to date.
  • Support with financial administration including invoicing and AP/AR
  • Format documents to company standards
  • Support the senior team with diary management, travel bookings, minuting etc.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls
