Administrative Assistant and Data Analyst

EDUCATION
- Minimum Associate’s degree or equivalent Certificate
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Several years of experience as management assistant, supporting project management or similar functions
IT SKILLS
- Proficiency generating visual reports in tools such as MS Power BI or Tableau
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Reporting to SVP R&D, and closely collaborating with the PMO team
- Representing the R&D department and product development at all levels of the company
- Helping to find and understand the R&D portfolio status, derive insights from the visual management tools and ensuring communication is timely and effective
- Employ exceptional organization skills, maintaining a smoothly functioning office environment
- Active participation in improving internal processes.
EXEC ADMIN SPECIFIC TASKS:
- Managing SVP R&D and R&D Director’s calendars
- Note taking, meeting minutes, agenda preparation
- Preparing and processing purchase requests, invoices, expense reports and travel arrangements
- Office supply management
- Collaborative event coordinator that works well with other administrative assistants
DATA ANALYTICS SPECIFIC TASKS:
- Basic understanding of product development finances such as labor, capital and tooling accounts
- Resource management and timesheet analysis
QUALITY SYSTEMS SPECIFIC TASKS:
- Build quality into all work aspects by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
