Provides cross functional support focusing on administrative duties and responsibilities. Performs data entry and related responsibilities to prepare, maintain, distribute, and store records.


  • High School level education required, plus a minimum of two years of related experience in an office environment
  • Must be able to demonstrate computer skills with Microsoft programs including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A successful candidate must have pleasant telephone manners and the ability to welcome change


  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Prepares and distributes documents required for shipments
  • Ensures all outgoing shipping documents comply with DOT and/or IMDG regulation and Corporate policy
  • Schedules shipping appointment times with outside carriers/trucking companies
  • Maintains and archives safety and quality product records for the site
  • Maintains site training matrix and enters employee safety observations into database
  • Completes data entry into preventative maintenance system
  • Performs other related duties as requested by the Administration or Plant Managers
