We currently have an opportunity within our Finance Team for a Finance Administrator reporting to the Branch Accounts Team Leader. This is a national position supporting multiple branches across the Gallagher broking business and responsible for all financial activities, which occur within the branch network, and supporting Brokers with account queries.
This role will be responsible for receipting/allocation of all client payments to invoices including direct deposits, bpay and foreign currency, as well as allocation of credit and debit invoices. Additionally, you would be required to process administration and approval steps of client refunds with weekly reconciliation of unallocated items report. You would also be in regular contact with Underwriters on closing requests and outstanding premium requests.

This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a min of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry plus:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of accounts administration and an understanding of insurance is essential
  • Experience and understanding of insurance will be highly regarded
  • High attention to detail and levels of accuracy
  • Previous Training experience highly desirable
