Description:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor incoming mail, e-mail and providing client support
  • Organizing client correspondence and files
  • Perform transaction follow ups
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
  • Consistently provides an exemplary level of client service
  • Greeting all guests and employees when they arrive, and handle incoming inquiries
  • Assist Office Manager in maintaining office tidiness and office supplies
  • Coordinate with various tradespeople for services needed in the office
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Operations Manager as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferences as needed
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries for team members

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience min 1 year
  • DEC in a related field (Minimum requirement)
  • Fluently bilingual French and English; written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly and effectively organize a high volume of documents
  • Proficient knowledge of the following: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Must be comfortable working both independently and on a Team
