Responsibilities:
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide efficient and confidential administrative support to the General Medicine Unit including administrative oversight of the junior medical workforce. The role supports the Heads of Unit, in their leadership positions, including meeting support, diary management and recruitment. The role assists the junior medical workforce including the administering of their rosters, supporting the on boarding of new doctors and payroll.
