Description

Positive Behavior Health Developments is a growing ABA therapy agency committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to children and families. We’re looking for an organized, proactive Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for supporting clinical teams that change lives. Hours are from 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday- Friday.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must speak, read, and write English proficiently (this is a requirement)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience or familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Spanish-speaking is a plus
  • Familiarity with insurance credentialing
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity
  • Knowledge of ABA software (e.g., ABA Matrix, CentralReach)
