Job title: Adobe Experience Design (XD) Developer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Adobe Experience Design (XD) Developer to bridge the gap between UI/UX design and front-end development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in interpreting design assets created in Adobe XD, Figma, Zeplin, Avocode, and InVision, and translating them into pixel-perfect, responsive, and optimized front-end code. This is a futuristic role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate high-fidelity mockups and design specifications from Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Avocode, and Zeplin into responsive HTML/CSS/JS code.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, UX specialists, and front-end developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of UI designs.
  • Optimize images and assets for performance using tools like ImageOptim and TinyPNG.
  • Maintain consistency of design components, spacing, and branding across all screen sizes and devices.
  • Provide feedback to the design team on technical feasibility and offer suggestions for improvements.
  • Ensure accessible, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-first front-end development.
  • Support rapid prototyping efforts and iterative design-testing-development workflows.
  • Participate in design handoff meetings and provide feedback to ensure a smooth transition from design to development.
  • Maintain and document reusable code and front-end UI components.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of front-end development or UI engineering experience, with a strong portfolio of responsive websites or applications.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue is a plus).
  • Deep familiarity with Adobe XD and at least two of the following: Figma, Zeplin, Avocode, InVision.
  • Experience optimizing assets using tools such as ImageOptim and TinyPNG.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, npm, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining design accuracy during implementation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Understanding of UX best practices and user-centered design principles.
  • Prior experience working with CMS-integrated front-ends (e.g., AEM, WordPress, Contentful).
