AI PORTFOLIO & ECOSYSTEM STRATEGIST

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artificial Intelligence expert with a strong background in business strategy, product development, and partnerships, ideally in the Human Capital Management software space. The AI Portfolio & Ecosystem Strategist will be responsible for developing SAP SuccessFactors AI product strategy, managing strategic partnerships, and driving growth and innovation in our portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management / HR software space
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, AI development, and business development roles
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and applications in the HR space is required
  • Strong track record for developing and executing upon successful product strategies and business growth plans focused on new products and market expansion
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    NOTE: You must live within 40 miles of an SAP office and be able to work at least 3 days each week in the Palo Alto office.
