Description
Drive and support Implementation Services Attachment: Support the assigned Business Solution Manager (BSM) on Pre-sales opportunities supporting ARR growth and long-term customer satisfaction through implementation excellence Best Practice development and Scale: Provide implementation subject matter expertise to Service Offer Management (SOM) to build offerings Cross functional Collaboration: Provide segment specific subject matter expertise in cross functional initiatives Community Practice Evangelism: Share segment/industry specific expertise throughout the technical community of practice. DTAS and Service partners Customer Escalation Support: Act as an advisor on escalated accounts Organize and support technical workshops based on customers' and partners' business needs As a solution finder, consult on potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer and partner challenges Act as technical project manager for customer projects, working with our partners, solution centers & R&D Create technical documentation, including guides, best practices, and reference materials, to empower customers to make the most of our products in a scalable and efficient way Investigate and resolve technical issues, working closely with the customer and our engineering teams to find effective solutions Contribute to the creation of reference architectures and frameworks that enable customers to scale and optimize their use of our software. Excellent relationship building capabilities, high-energy & results-oriented with a customer first mentality Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills First class attention to detail, solution-finding Excellent presentation skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Japanese is mandatory Knowledge of the ALM space with associated technologies Experience in programming language (Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.) Strong knowledge of relational Database technologies (Oracle, PostgreSQL) Previous software consulting experience in the role of solution, technical or application architect Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering bachelor's degree / master's degree or equivalent Minimum 7 years professional experience in a similar role
