AM Capability Lead

This role will be responsible for strategic definition ownership and continual improvement of the Asset Management (AM) technical standards, processes and AM capability development. The role will also support the development and implementation of a fit for purpose asset management sustainability framework. This role also supports the AM hub in further defining and implementing meaningful frameworks for Engineering, Maintenance and reliability.

• Understanding of Asset Management Principles as applied to Infrastructure assets in various domains (Health, Education, Process industry, PPP etc.).
• Expert in designing & implementing Asset Management systems complying to ISO55000 AM standards/AM Operating Models (AMOM).

• Expert in Asset Data capture, Hierarchies, data use and implementing processes for ongoing data management.Asset Management Risk & Opportunity management.
