About the Role Responsible for creating data modelling tools to identify opportunities through insight from data Engage business leaders to discuss the business benefits that ML and AI can provide. Evangelize ML and AI throughout AIA and in the market Identify opportunities to leverage ML and AI technology with Group and Business Units key stakeholders Create and manage use cases to apply ML and AI concepts Develop AI and ML models and algorithms to solve business problems Work with AI/ML/NLP vendors, where appropriate, to transfer knowledge and expertise of the solutions developed by the vendors back to AIA Document best practices and solution frameworks. Replicate and scale solutions to markets with common/similar business needs Identify and build strategic alliance with influencing and respected partners within the ML & AI community to enrich the internal understanding of this emerging technology Job Requirements: Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field Solid 3 - 5 year’s professional experience building predictive and descriptive models Knowledge, experience, and expertise in diverse statistical and data mining techniques AI related project experience is required. Tensorflow (or Pytorch) is preferred NLP is required, especially in Large language model Able to finetune open-source large language model like ChatGLM, Llama Deep understanding in Transformer, Bert Extensive experience working with large datasets - structured and unstructured Ability to program and review code in Python is highly desirable Bilingual in Chinese and English (high fluency) Insurance business experience and finance experience is added advantage.
