Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Pricing Analyst at Herbalife, you will analyze and support the development of optimal pricing recommendations in the markets which Herbalife operates ensuring alignment with strategies and financial goals. You will provide ongoing quantitative analyses of products, profitability, price changes, and promotional activities, while maintaining departmental tools and resources to ensure outstanding performance and compliance. Managing internal customers’ expectations and delivering analytical insights will be key aspects of your role.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Actively participate in the product development process, gathering and maintaining critical information, and providing product and margin perspectives at major decision points.
  • Assist department management in managing the pricing process, ensuring stakeholders are informed of key issues, and finalizing retail prices with sufficient lead time for smooth launches.
  • Support pricing recommendations through thorough financial analysis, considering corporate strategy, product cannibalization, competitive frameworks, and market-specific economics.
  • Perform analyses and projects assigned by supervisors, providing detailed explanations as requested.
  • Work independently on ad-hoc projects, resolving conflicting priorities with limited input from the manager.
  • Maintain and prepare standard and non-standard pricing and sales reports using Access databases or Excel.
  • Address issues in a timely manner using good judgment and professionalism.
  • Maintain departmental records and archives as well as critical information in database tables or excel tracking files
