You will provide contract management support to the SMB Sales Team.

  • Enabling the full contract cycle of the customer base from initial deal processing to post-sale updates needed on their account such as, but not limited to, processing expansion orders, migrations, transfers, and cancellations.
  • Providing sales support to sales managers and representatives within the designated region.
  • Building and maintaining Salesforce.com reports and providing analysis when necessary.
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure compliance to company standards.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement / automation within the current systems to help drive better efficiencies.
  • Engaging in problem solving exercises and act as a Sales Operations liaison across functional groups (e.g., Legal, Customer Success, Sales, Finance).
  • Ensuring that all orders are within company compliance for commissions, audit, pricing, legal, etc

Where you’ll be working:
This position will preferentially work “hybrid” with a defined work location that includes work from home and as-needed office days near any valid US VBG Verizon Administrative Office, with preference towards Verizon Connect locations: Boston, San Diego, Atlanta, Charlotte, Irvine, Temple Terrace, Lone Tree (Denver, CO), Waltham and Chicago (Rolling Meadows, IL). Additional locations may be considered.
