This position is responsible for development, administration and maintenance of various vendor applications and the establishment of policies and procedures pertaining to its management, security, maintenance and utilization.

This position reports to the Manager - Vendor application and it is a key position within the Vendor Products department which is responsible for administration and maintenance of various vendor applications within Citco.

• You will ensure 24/7 highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by our business customers for third party vendor applications.
• Installation, administration, upgrades and patching of third party vendor applications in AWS and on-prem.
• Performance monitoring, reporting, and tuning of various applications both installed in AWS as well on-prem.
• Security and access control.
• Provision of support and assistance to development teams in the design, development, testing, tuning and implementation of business rules.
• This job requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Due to the dynamic nature of the business, self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly are essential. Salary will be based on experience.
• Be aware of systems security in application and system software to implement and monitor policy and ensure full protection of software and data from un-authorized access or disruption of services.
• Identify areas for professional development of self and act to enhance professional development.
