In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of supplier management and quality assurance. This includes holding support meetings as necessary and ensuring proper escalation processes with the GSK Informed Client, Supplier Quality Assurance, Mitie Supply Chain, and suppliers. You will assist in managing the supplier SLA and assessment program, focusing on ongoing quality management, project management, change control, and alignment with supply chain management. Performance monitoring and issue management for suppliers will also be part of your duties.
You will help to ensure that suppliers are assessed according to the agreed plan and in line with client and Mitie procedures or policies. Ensuring that Mitie supplier agreements are in place, with detailed service level requirements, EHS & Quality Agreements, and performance monitoring requirements, will be crucial, with a priority on GxP pharma suppliers.
You will be responsible for delivering the Mitie Supplier Management framework both internally and across the contract. This includes conducting relevant training, such as audit and client-specific training. Your role will also involve supporting key activities on the plan, coordinating with others as needed, sending out and following up on questionnaires, conducting audits, and liaising with both Technical and Quality Authorities for approval.
Furthermore, you will ensure that supplier quality processes are aligned with client QMS requirements and the EFM Contract Quality Agreement. Achieving an integrated approach with operational Site and Above Site Management teams is essential. You will conduct training in Supplier Quality topics for the wider Mitie team, present supplier quality status information and data analysis to GSK management or internal customers, and integrate supplier management processes related to all GxP (and other compliant) services provided to GSK.
Building relationships with key clients to ensure positive feedback, adhering to the supplier management program, escalating any issues, achieving regulatory compliance, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency or compliance will be key responsibilities in this role
