We are currently looking for a Restoration Area Manager for our Burley location. The Primary Responsibilities of this Role are:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Providing staff leadership and support
  • Growing the business through marketing and sales efforts
  • Identify and network with new sales prospects
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, forecasts, sales contracts, status reports, and activity reports
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of ELITE services, industry trends, and competitive information
  • Oversee job costs and see that schedules are met
  • Primary company contact with property owner clients, insurance claims personnel, and consultants
  • Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage, and vandalism
  • Identifying, meeting, and establishing meaningful relationships with key decision-makers
  • Managing communication on projects between customers and project team members
  • Assist marketing personnel in developing and maintaining client book of business
  • Other duties as assigned

You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:

  • 5+ years of experience within the disaster restoration industry in a management-level role
  • Providing superior leadership and support to each member of the team
  • Offering oversight and support to the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Managing a location that is remote from the company’s head office
  • Offering oversight of marketing and sales efforts to help grow the business
  • Possessing an established book of business consisting of local clients is highly desirable.
