QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally within the foods or distribution sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the North American retail and food distribution markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required within the assigned territory.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
- CPG/Consumer Sales: 3-5 years (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person / On the road.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration in key markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Present and promote ITN’s products to retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide input on product improvements and customer feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends.
