Description Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Assembler to connect parts into more complex components. You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision. You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision is extremely important. Requirements Knowledge / Experience / Skills High school diploma or GED Written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills. Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities Operate tools such as drills Fill in all reports properly and completely Visual audit inspection of parts Knowledge and adherence to all relevant safety procedures. Follow company policies and process standards. Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment. Adheres to all safety procedures and environmental regulations. Performs other duties as needed. Be able to read a tape measure Physical Requirements Requires minimum of 10 hours of standing, squatting, kneeling, pushing and pulling with a full range of body mechanics/movements. Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 55 pounds. Must be able to climb and descend ladders, stairs, platforms and climb in, under, and out of trailers. Must be able to operate safely and work with a variety of power and hand tools as well as compressed air safely and utilize personal protective equipment.
