For our headquarters in Hamburg we are looking for a


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. engineering, mathematics, economics)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Asset Management, ideally within renewable energy
  • Attention to detail with the ability to efficiently manage complex technical projects and equally complex commercial negotiations
  • Strong knowledge of the energy and renewable energy market, and a desire to keep updated with changing technologies, regulations, and trends influencing the continued adoption of renewable energy
  • Commercial mindset, strong prioritisation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel as well as Python, IOT
  • Sound understanding of project finance, legal contracts, accounting, and contract / warranty negotiations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • An intellectual curiosity with the aptitude to independently research, understand, and implement knowledge in new areas
  • Fluency in English

  • Asset management responsibility for a portfolio of operating assets (wind / solar projects)
  • Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships with local and state authorities, financing and investors partners, regulatory agencies, landowners, and other entities
  • Prepare annual reports on project performance for internal and external parties
  • Collaborate with energy management to identify revenue increasing and risk mitigation opportunities
  • Manage and resolve legal, contractual, regulatory, and commercial issues as they arise
  • Continually seek out opportunities to improve financial and operational performance of assets
  • Negotiate commercial agreements to increase revenue, lower operating costs, and increase operational efficiencies
  • Oversee local vendor relationships including the O&M provide
