In this role, you will:

  • Manage acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, security, and final disposition of IT assets
  • knowledge of entering information into a database and has skills of data entry analyst
  • comfortable moving assets from one location to another client location
  • Serve as IT hardware asset management point of contact
  • Some moderately heavy lifting (of computer monitors, printers, etc.) may be required. Good manual dexterity required to use common office equipment (e.g., computers, mobile devices, calculators, copiers, scanners).
  • Must possess strong computer skills – expert in Excel to analyze large volumes of data
  • Ensure request, incident, problem, and change records are accurate and complete, from creation to closure.
  • Ability to communicate orally with customers, vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial. Regular use of phone and email for communication is essential
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • TS-SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Detailed Oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite.
  • The ideal candidate will be based in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area.

  • Familiarity and experience with the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Familiarity and experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with team members
