Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Maintain F&B service standards, and ensure efficient guest registration, departure, and telephone service.
  • Actively promote Sofitel practices and programs.
  • Ensure that guest problems and complaints are handled in a professional courteous manner and ensure follow through by proper record keeping of the results in Trust You and internal guest feedback.
  • Proactive adherence to the F&B and F/O brand standards across the hotel including guest focus, Ambassador Appearance, department organisation, and operational effectiveness.
  • Assist the Club Millesime manager with all required queries.
  • Support leading a team of 30+ ambassadors.
  • Be responsible for Hiring, Rostering and Performance Management.
  • Give a personalised and memorable service to Accor Platinum members and Guests staying in a Club access room.
  • Provide exceptional service during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest stay.
  • Enjoy working both independently and within a team environment.
  • Embody the art of French hospitality through a “can do” attitude.
  • Be confident to lead to train and develop the ambassadors.
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided and maintained to assist all guests’ queries and ensure requests are handled in a prompt and efficient manner.
