Description:
Responsibilities:
- To ensure departmental staffing levels are correct for all F&B activities, including daily restaurant needs, weddings & events.
- Set staff rotas to ensure wage percentage targets as a percentage of F&B revenue are met.
- To ensure you maintain a visible presence at all times whilst on shift.
- To identify any areas of opportunity for increasing business turnover .
- Positively promote sales awareness within the F&B departments & maximise sales opportunities by upselling and maximising on special offers.
- To be fully conversant with fire, security and health & safety policies and procedures.
- To ensure cash handling and banking procedures are adhered to throughout the shift.
- Control stock level of products & consumables in line with budget and business needs, placing orders as necessary
