QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in hospitality, marketing, or sales.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to adapt and stay flexible.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Serving It Right certification.
  • First-Aid (OFA 1 equivalent) is an asset.
  • Strong community connections are a plus.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Situated at the base of Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas, the patio at The Longhorn Saloon is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink after biking or skiing. Champagne bottles are always popping and the music is always bumping.
Join the leadership team at the Longhorn as Assistant General Manager and oversee all aspects of daily operations, from staffing and inventory management to event planning and execution. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain comprehensive sales and product knowledge.
  • Schedule and manage staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Train staff, providing clear direction on daily programming and product knowledge.
  • Manage daily inventory to prepare for the next shift.
  • Drive key performance metrics, including the completion of Hook Ups.
  • Support quarterly marketing and event execution.
