We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in restaurant management or as an Assistant Manager is essential.
• Strong background in food service management with knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments is preferred.
• Proficient in cash handling and inventory control processes.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Familiarity with kitchen management practices and culinary experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service standards.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation in accordance with restaurant guidelines.
• Support staff development through training programs focused on culinary skills, hospitality management, and customer service.
• Assist in budgeting and financial management to optimize operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Participate in interviewing potential candidates to build a strong team.
