Provides overall supervision of the Stewards department, including planning, scheduling, organizing, execution and evaluation of kitchen and banquet functions on an assigned shift.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Three years’ back-of-the-house experience in stewarding required.
• Must have prior experience in all phases of kitchen administrative work and knowledge of all kitchen equipment and industrial chemicals.
• Must be certified in food sanitation and knowledgeable in all phases of banquets.
• Must possess excellent customer service, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of computers is helpful.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
  Must present a well-groomed appearance.
