Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an analytical and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Analyst to become part of our expanding team. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in connecting business requirements with technological solutions for the Development sector, which encompasses Master planning, GIS, BIM, Digital Twin, and various other engineering design solutions. This position entails collecting and evaluating requirements, facilitating process improvements, cooperating with stakeholders, and ensuring that IT and engineering design solutions are in harmony with Qiddiya’s organizational objectives and user needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, or a related field, with a strong focus on IT/Digital engineering solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT analysis, BPMN, user stories).
Responsibilities
  • Work together with stakeholders from both business and IT to determine, record, and prioritize business requirements. Serve as the main point of contact between business units and technical teams. Organize workshops and meetings to collect insights and feedback.
  • Convert development business needs into technical requirements, project scope, and functional specifications.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business process maps, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT team to design and validate solutions. Assess business processes to enhance efficiency and identify opportunities for digitization and integration.
  • Offer support throughout project implementation, including testing, training, and troubleshooting to ensure effective delivery.
  • Set metrics to evaluate the success of implemented solutions and propose improvements as necessary. Track the effectiveness of executed solutions and suggest enhancements based on business feedback.
