Responsibilities:
Support developing strategies and service programs to increase customer retention:

Implement a Pan-European Motor Insurance Strategy, including accident damage control, to keep accident repair business within the Kia network and improve body parts turnover.
- Implement a User-Based Insurance (UBI) program.
- Support the implementation of a Pan-European Roadside Assistance (RSA) program to assist customers conveniently in case of vehicle off road, including customer satisfaction monitoring (via Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology), follow-up, and continuous process improvement.
- Implement Pan-European repair finance programs.
- Support development and implementation of a Pan-European Pre-Paid Maintenance strategy and programs, fully integrated with MyService / MyKia / Kia Connect / OneApp tools.
- Align service retention programs with Ownership Experience (OX) departments.
- Prepare training materials and programs for Service Advisors and Parts Managers, covering service retention programs.
- Prepare market guidelines for service retention programs.
- Define, prepare and execute Train-the-Trainer (TTT) events for Service Advisors and Parts Managers.
- Collaborate with the Channel department to align service retention programs with Sales and incorporate building blocks in Sales training.
