We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join a national strata and community title organisation in their Darwin office.
Key Responsibilities
To assist the Body Corporate Manager in the provision of specialist management services to Commercial, Industrial and Residential Owners Corporations. A flexible approach to working hours to meet business requirements and some intra/interstate travel may be required in the role.

Ideally you will have

  • Tertiary Qualification in Business or a related field OR Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar work environment
  • Previous experience in a Body Corporate Management environment or similar
  • High level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Understanding of Strata Title Management Regulation
  • Understanding of Quality Systems Management processes
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills using a range of communication methodologies (phone, video conferencing, email, written correspondence & fact to face)
  • Advanced time management skills – able to prioritise and manage multiple task
